Week 12: Everyone present

This week was the last week and we had all finished and were ready to hand in the animation, this was the last group meeting to make sure everything was working and everyone was ready for hand in.

Ashley: finished everything and sorted his own work out, he is ready for hand in

Sam: has done all work and is sorting his on work out onto cd for his hand in 

Josh: is working on the scenes that yama had not finished and then sorting the final animation in premiere for finish,

Yama: went home early as he wasnt feeling well, has done most of the work given to him but josh is finishing it off

hand in will be ready for friday

Week 11: Everyone present

This week was a very short meeting as we were continuing with the tasks we had set ourselves from last week making sure that we had an animation to hand in on hand in day.

Ashley: Was making sure that all renders were ok to animate in Premier, making sure that his own work was ready to hand in and make sure all other members were up to date.

Josh: Continuing with the Premier Pro animation and almost finishing it with the help of Ashley and Sam.

Sam: Had researched Roosevelt speech and given to Josh to put into the animation. Sam was helping Josh and Ashley with completing the animation.

Yama: Make sure that the renders for the island and environment were finished and render as they needed to be finished by next week so that we could hand it in.

Week 10

Week 10 Minutes

Week 10: Ashley, Josh, Sam present.

This week we discussed how far we were with rendering and hopefully ready to put into adobe premiere pro.

Ashley: Had rendered all his models and animations and was ready to put into adobe premiere pro, which Josh said he wouldn’t mind do for the group.

Yama: Needed to still render his island and environment as it was needed for the group.

Sam: Decided to put Roosevelt speech into the animation and needed to do research to find this for Josh to put into Premier.

Josh: Had finished all of his renders and was putting into Premier, had nominated himself to put all the renders into Premier.

Once we had discussed what we had done over the past week it was time to discuss what would happen over the next week.

Josh: Would continue putting together all of the renders and hopefully have a finished animation by week 12.

Sam: Would research the Roosevelt speech and work with Josh to finish off the animation ready for hand in day.

Yama: Needed to finish rendering the island and environment needed to make sure it was ready for next week.

Ashley: Needed to help Josh and Sam put everything together and make sure that everything was right for hand in day.

Week 9

Week 9 Minutes

21 November 2012

Week 9: Everyone present.

This week group discussed what they had done over the past week and realising it is coming up to animating models.

Ashley: Had started to animate the scenes that had been assigned to him and completed the second lot of ships for another scene.

Josh: Had started to animate the Japanese planes and thought about whether to use narrative or Roosevelt speech.

Sam: Had completed buildings and objects and all were ready to hand to other group members ready to animate.

Yama: Had animated the scenes that had been given to him and was ready to render.

Once we discussed what had happened over the past week the group talked about what we would do for the next week.

Josh: Would hopefully finish animating the Japanese planes and begin rendering the Japanese planes would need Ashley’s ships to do this and Ashley handed over the ships.

Yama: Finish off animating the first couple of scenes and being to render ready for everyone to pitch together to put into Adobe Premier.

Sam: Finish off all models and decide on whether having narrative or Roosevelt speech in animation.

Ashley: Finish off second lot of ships and start to render all the models created ready for hand in to Premier Pro.

Week 8: Everyone present

This week group discussed what had been done over the past week.

Josh: Had finished Japanese planes ready for animating and was ready for rendering.

Sam: Had created the buildings ready for rendering and added all the textures almost finished the other objects just a few little touch ups.

Yama: Had completed the island and environment objects just needed to have other peoples models ready to animate.

Ashley: Had completed first lot of ships second lot of ships was almost completed just needed some more textures, first lot of ships were ready for animating and some handed to Yama.
